Our olives come from the region of Huelva. Our oil is produced in a small traditional olive oil mill. There is no added heat and thus pressed cold. We only sell quality Extra Virgin olive oil, that is continuously monitored by an independent laboratory.

Olive oil of the highest quality
The Aceite de Oliva Virgen Extra is a native top product and is made exclusively from selected fruits of the olive varieties Arbequina and Picual. The Arbequina olive is small and green-violet in colour. It is typically a very fine and ultra-low-acid olive oil. Picual olives have a high content of polyphenols and hence a natural source of antioxidant.
The cold pressing of ripe, undamaged fruit yields a high-quality olive oil. In 2015, it was awarded one of the best olive oils in Andalusia.
A special mechanical process under optimum thermal conditions guarantee the high standards of purity and quality of "extra virgin". Cold pressing is essential in order to obtain the tastes and flavours of the olives and to reduce oxidation. Thanks to the timely pressure, only a few hours of harvesting, the acidity of the extra virgin oil at 0.1-0.2% remains very low. As the acidity increases immediately after harvesting, this "race against time" is very important. With the cold pressing of this, the increase in oxidation is stopped. This pure olive oil is characterized by its delicate aromas, which is reflected in the excellent fragrance of this oil.
